RETURN POLICY    
 




 
We hope to make your shopping experience with TrendyAlley.com an enjoyable experience. Below, we have listed the procedures for returning and exchanging any items purchased from our site. We guarantee that we inspect all our products for proper mechanical functions and exterior damages before we send out our products.
  • Return Period
    - Within 30 calendar days from the purchase date.

 

  • Conditions
    - All clothing items comes with a TrendyAlley tag attached, once removed the item can not be returned either for refund or exchange.
    - Items returned with tag removed will be returned to customer at buyer's expense.
    - Returns must be received within 30 days of the order date.
    - All original packaging materials such as instruction booklets, tags, original box.
    - New and unworn, no marks on the products, no wears on tags, and original box.
    - The original receipt must be presented at the time of return.
    - We will not accept returns and exchanges that have markings and scratches to indicate any usage.
    - Refunds and exchanges will only be done so with all the required conditions fulfilled.
    - Items return with tags removed or indicating usage will be returned at buyer's expense and your account will be blocked from future purchases here and on Ebay.

 

  •  Return Procedures
    - You must contact us via Email to acquire RMA (Return Merchandise Number).
    - The RMA Number must be written on the original invoice and the shipping label.
    - Returns arriving to us without a valid RMA number written on the outside of the package or shipping label will be returned to sender.
    - Returns must be postage prepaid and insured for the full purchase price of the products.
    - Goods damaged or lost in transit will be the responsibility of the customers, so please insure all your products.
     
  • Refunds 
    -
    The actual shipping costs we've occurred for the order will be deducted from the refunds, this can vary from any reduced or free shipping offered at purchase.
    - Refund payments will be awarded in the same manner of purchase, credit cards refunded back to same credit cards, Paypal back to original Paypal account  and purchases made check by check.

Genuine brand, authentic, and limited warranty

All brands that we sell at TrendyAlley are genuine brand name products. They are all brand new watches. We buy our watches through authorized dealers and distributors and other established lines of distribution within the watch industry.

All watches have basic warranty from one year to three years depending on brand given by TrendyAlley except for Timex which gives their warranty directly to the end customer.
The warranty, covers all manufacturing defects, simple adjustments, but it doesn't cover damage due to misuse or neglect, or normal wear and tear, scratch, water damage, or shipping costs.

 Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for the time period stated and excludes: watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations.
All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty is valid only at TrendyAlley except for Timex which handles warranty directly with end customer.
Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than TrendyAlley or a manufacturer service center will void this warranty.
TrendyAlley disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

TrendyAlley warranty service
 
To receive warranty service, you will need to ship your watch to us, except for Timex watches which should be sent directly to the manufacturer.
You must contact us via Email or fax to acquire a RMA (Return Merchandise Number).
Please provide your Ebay user name and item number along with a brief description of the problem you're experience.
We do not require or issue any warranty cards or special warranty documentation as we match the serial number on the item with our sales record.
